The Financial Planning Centre Ltd was formed in August 2001, and all our advisers have at least 10 years experience in the Financial Services industry. We have been based at Elland Road for over 6 years, and as well as looking after our Leeds clients, we also have advisers covering the Wakefield, Pontefract and Dewsbury areas. We have an unblemished reputation, and we are proud to be able to say that we have looked after the majority of our clients for many years. They trust us with theirs and their children’s future, and we in turn do our best to make sure they receive the care, attention and sound financial advice that they deserve. How do we work? Our aim is to make Independent Financial Advice the preferred way of receiving advice for the ordinary man and woman, and we go out of our way to make that possible. We don’t expect you to take time off work, or to brave the Leeds traffic reaching us. We find that most of our clients feel most comfortable in their own homes, so that’s where we see them, day or night. Naturally if you prefer to visit our offices, we would be more than happy to see you there. We believe that face to face personal discussions are extremely important in fully understanding your needs. As such, our initial meeting is free, and without obligation or time restraint. During our discussions we will encourage you to talk about yourselves, your goals and objectives, and at the end of the meeting we will both have a clear idea of what your objectives are, and how best we might help you achieve them. If you are happy for us to proceed as your Independent Financial Advisers, we will arrange further meetings to discuss our recommendations with you. How can we help?
Our service standards and professionalism are the bed rock of our client relationships. We can be remunerated by fees (payable by you), commission (paid by the chosen provider) or a combination of both. We also have a Monthly Retainer plan available for our clients who prefer more regular attention. Under this plan no fees are payable for advice from our advisers, and portfolio reviews are included in the monthly cost. We feel this plan gives a firm commitment to you of the service we intend to provide, and will ensure that you will always feel comfortable ringing us for advice at any time. As Independent Financial Advisers, we work for you. It is our job to provide you with the levels of service and advice that we ourselves would expect, in an open, honest and straight forward way.
