John places a clear understanding of clients and their needs at the forefront of his priorities and
will invest considerable time and effort to this end. He holds the Advanced Financial Planning
Certificate covering the subjects of Personal Investment Planning, Corporate Financial
Planning, Taxation and Trusts, Investment Portfolio Management and Pensions. He started his
career as an IFA in 1990.

John is a graduate of Leicester University where he was awarded a first class honours degree
in Chemistry and went on to gain a PhD in 1987.

During this meeting we will also explain how we can be remunerated for our work and for
providing you with a financial strategy based on your objectives and goals. This first meeting is
conducted at our expense and there is no obligation to use our services.

Thereafter our advice usually consists of four stages:-

•  Fact Finding, defining of needs, goals and priorities
•  Attitude to Risk Assessment

•  Analysis and assessment of current position and arrangements
•  Research, specific comments and recommendations

•  Discussion of Financial Strategy Report
•  Agree action and implementation

•  Review meeting to re-assess the original needs, goals and priorities
•  Review of Attitude to Risk

We operate a fully transparent approach to our remuneration. The options are, hourly charge,
one off fee, commission only, commission offset, a mixture of all these.

We also provide advice and assistance on:-
