The company has 40 advisers covering investment, pension and mortgage advice areas. In 2004 we were awarded by Financial Adviser (an FT group of Companies publication) IFA of The Year Award as well as New Investment IFA of The Year and Group Pensions IFA of The Year. We have an ongoing commitment to both our private and corporate clients, ensuring that all of our advisers meet the stringent requirements set by the Financial Services Authority. As Independent Financial Advisers, we are able to research the entire market with a view to providing our clients with individual research and analysis according to their specific needs and requirements. Following a free initial consultation, our clients have the option of paying for services provided, either by way of commission, reduced commission with fees or fees only. For mortgages you can choose how we are paid. You can pay purely on a fee basis and we will not receive any commission from the lender. Should you choose this option then we will charge a fee of £750. Alternatively we can charge an upfront fee of £ 245 and we will also receive a fee from the lender in the form of a commission generally displayed as a percentage of the loan.
